Frequently asked questions

What does "NeeMed joins the CA-System" mean?

The CA-System is an invitation-only, private member-only system to create value and exit the created value as a security into regulated public markets. NeeMed LLC is an Authorized Entity of a Founder Member (CA-Owner)—a Trust. Neemed LLC is authorized to invite other group practices or IPAs to avail benefits, among which are efficient creation of freshStreet securities.

How are freshStreet securities different from private or other publicly traded securities through the traditional route?

Since 2009, the CA-System has been an industry leader in decentralized finance and distributed ledger technology. In 2021, this industry leading approach is being launched on a larger scale so that businesses can access financing and liquidity. Investors rely on CA-System's participating Ultra-High Net Worth Asset entities to provide asset-backing and early placements to large tranches of batched securities in $500 million or more, making the placement of your securities faster and more reliable.

How do investors make their returns, if not from the practice income only?

Today, debt or equity financing in healthcare delivery almost completely relies on practice's revenue and grants. The freshStreet securities backed by Q8 Treasury assets rely on additional growth opportunities from the CA-System.

Do Moolex, the CA-System, Sphiverse, or NeeMed, ever function as an investor or financier?

No. The private, member-only CA-System is a technology platform that enables Founder Members, regulated entities, banks and financial institutions to use their own underwriting and eligibility guidelines to make financing decisions on the merits of each security. The CA-System's technology and services platform delivers value from decentralized finance, distributed ledgers, denominated in U, without customary fiat-charges. The Founder Members are able to use the CA-System's compliance-driven, technology platform, efficiently and without substantial upfront expense to access liquidity from other Founder Members and entities. Moolex, CA-System or any Root and System Entities and Campaigns are not investors, nor do they profit from any trading of the freshStreet securities in public markets.. Founder Members who are authorized in transactions receive pre-agreed nominal success fees from the investor or financing Founder Member or independent entities.

Who pays physicians and other healthcare providers, when they start taking home at least 10% more with NeeMed?

Participating Founder Members sponsor securitizations. Successful placement of these securities pay for each provider whose services are contracted within a group practice or consulting engagement. The payroll, taxes and benefits package is not a liability for the practice and is adjusted from security placement proceeds.

What are some of the financing options available now?
